Ready to get started?

We’re excited to start working with you. After you sign up and complete the initial client form, your account will be created. Your virtual assistant will contact you via your preferred method to get things going. You will be given instructions on how to submit tasks, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding our services. What’s next? Give us some work to do!

Submitting a task is easy.

1. Contact us.

Send us an email to, or a Skype message to PracticalHire with your task request and any specifications you may have regarding the work. We will send you a confirmation email once we receive your task request. If we have any questions regarding the request, we will ask you at this time.

2. We get started.

Once we receive and fully understand your task request, we get started. Upon completion, the department manager will review the work for accuracy and excellence. The work will then be turned in to you through the virtual office and an email will be sent to you directly. Time spent on your task will be accumulated to the minute within your virtual office, and it will be automatically deducted from your monthly plan. This information is readily available within your virtual office.

3. You review our work.

We anticipate your satisfaction with all the tasks that we complete for you. If you would like to add or modify any details to your task request, please let us know via email at or Skype messenger at PracticalHire.

Please bare in mind that extensive and detailed work may require multiple virtual assistants to guarantee you the best service.
